I got to know that my team and I had to perform the famous Shakespeare's play - 'The Tempest' just three days prior to the performance. As the director and protagonist, I started preparing my team for the event. Twelve hours before my performance, I got a call from my teacher that the play was to be portrayed as a 'masquerade.' This came to me as a big challenge as this meant I had to change the delivery of dialogues, the portrayal of everyone's character, and most importantly the gestures. Nonetheless, I was able to restructure the play, and to my amazement, my team performed brilliantly which in turn led us to achieve the first prize out of sixty schools.
